Singapore – The Mazda CX-60 has just been launched in Singapore, in the near future the same model will be present in Indonesia.
Singapore is the second country in ASEAN to receive the Mazda CX-60 after launching it first in the Philippines in the middle of last month.
As reported by Paultan, Monday (24/7/2023), the CX-60 which is marketed in the Lion Country only has one variant available.
The engine he carries is the Skyactiv-G 2.5 liter naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder with a power of 188 hp at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 261 Nm at 3,000 rpm. Power is channeled to the rear wheels (Rear Wheel Drive/RWD) via an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Unlike the one in the Philippines, Mazda there markets it in two variants, namely AWD HEV Turbo and AWD HEV Turbo-D Sport. Both are equipped with different engines.
The first mentioned variant uses the e-Skyactiv-G 3.3-liter 6-cylinder petrol engine equipped with a 48-volt mild hybrid system. The power generated is 280 hp at 5,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 450 Nm at 2,000 rpm.
Meanwhile, the other engine uses a 3.3-liter 6-cylinder e-Skyactiv-D diesel with a similar mild hybrid system. The peak power he achieved reached 250 hp at 3,750 rpm and 550 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm.
Power from the two engines is channeled to all wheels (All Wheel Drive/AWD) via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Furthermore, regarding the standard equipment found in the Mazda CX-60 for the Singapore market, including 20-inch rims with 235/50 tires, adaptive LED headlamps, panoramic sunroof, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, head-up display, 12-inch head unit and 12 Bose sound system speakers.

As for safety features and driver assistance systems, this Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is equipped with front and rear parking sensors, 7 airbags, blind spot monitor, front and rear cross traffic alert, 360-degree camera with see-through view, adaptive cruise control and much more.
The CX-60 is available in eight body colors, namely Soul Red Crystal Metallic, Machine Gray Metallic, Rhodium White Metallic, Platinum Quartz Metallic, Sonic Silver Metallic, Deep Crystal Blue Mica, Jet Black Mica and Arctic White. While the interior colors are Greige and Black.
One unit of CX-60 is priced at 278,888 Singapore dollars or approximately IDR 3.1 billion.
Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the Mazda CX-60 will launch on Wednesday, 26 July 2023 at Senayan, South Jakarta. This was known through an invitation to launch a new car sent via email to the Carmudi editor.

“Mazda in Indonesia is ready to launch the newest All New Mazda CX-60 SUV in Indonesia. Therefore, we would like to invite media partners to be able to attend the All New Mazda CX-60 launch event,” said the excerpt of the invitation.
So far, it is not known exactly how many variants and engine options PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) will carry as the official distributor of Mazda Indonesia.
