Jakarta — Subaru Indonesia has held the first handover ceremony of The All New Subaru WRX to 18 consumers in Indonesia on Sunday (2/4/2023).
This car was officially launched at the 2023 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), and will begin distribution to all consumers in Indonesia through the official Plaza Subaru dealer network in April 2023.

“On this day, we are very pleased because we can deliver The All New Subaru WRX to consumers on time, even a little faster than we promised. We are grateful for the trust given,” said Arie Christopher, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Subaru Indonesia, at The Forest in Jakarta on the same occasion.
“Our hope is that these car owners can enjoy their cars in the month of Ramadan 1444H and during the Eid al-Fitr holidays with their loved ones,” continued Arie.
Subaru delivered a total of 18 units of WRX (6 units of Subaru WRX and 12 units of WRX Wagon).

The handover of the car unit was also carried out by giving special merchandise from the collaboration of Subaru and Common Grounds which consisted of jackets, t-shirts and exclusive coffee packages made especially for owners of The All New WRX.

On the same occasion, Subaru Indonesia also conveyed information regarding the growth of its dealer network.
After starting operations at Plaza Subaru Alam Sutera and Batam in 2022, Subaru Indonesia and the Plaza Subaru dealer network plan to expand their activities in the South Jakarta area (Pondok Indah and Saharjo Arteries), Bandung and Surabaya.
In addition, they have also prepared for the construction of a network development of the Plaza Subaru dealer network in 2024 for the West Jakarta and Bekasi areas.
In total, Subaru will have a network of 8 authorized dealers by the end of the year.
“The development of this dealer network is based on directives from the principals of Subaru Corporation Japan and market conditions. This is certainly aimed at providing better service for all consumers, “concluded Arie.
