An earthquake with a magnitude of more than 4 shook Keerom, Papua, on Monday (3/4). This latest shock has a magnitude of 4.9.
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported that the earthquake occurred at 03.07 WIB.
The earthquake coordinates were at 4.40 south latitude and 143.28 east longitude, 301 kilometers to the southeast of Keerom.

This latest earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers.
This shock occurred shortly after an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 rocked Keerom at 02.29 WIB.
The point of the earthquake was at 4.32 South Latitude and 143.382 East Longitude, 304 kilometers to the southeast of Keerom to be exact.
The earthquake was also at a depth of 10 kilometers.
