The teenage girl’s legal advisor with the initials AG (15), Mangatta Toding Allo Juvenile said that her client’s interlocutory hearing would be held at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) on Monday (3/4).
“An interlocutory decision will be scheduled for Monday,” Mangatta said after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Friday (31/3).
Mangatta said that if the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court rejected the exception or memorandum of defense for his client, then the trial would continue with the witness examination agenda.

“After that, maybe if the exception is rejected, it will proceed to trial and examination of witnesses,” he said.
He admitted that he was preparing expert witnesses to anticipate the rejection of the memorandum of defense for the persecution charge.
“We will arrange for several experts and witnesses to be presented at trial. We are preparing them,” he said.
Mangatta will also maximize the witnesses that will be presented by the public prosecutor (JPU). However, he could not confirm who would be a mitigating witness in this case.
“That’s later (the mitigating witness) in court if the main case continues,” he said.
Cristalino David Ozora, who is the son of GP Ansor manager Jonathan Latumahina, was abused at the end of February.
The police have raised the status of AG’s child in this case as a child in conflict with the law. AG was charged by the prosecutor with the article of premeditated assault.
The articles charged are Article 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the 1st Criminal Code and Article 355 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Criminal Code subsidiary Article 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code.
Apart from that, AG was also charged with Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph 2 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning Child Protection.
In this case, the police also named Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) as suspects in this abuse case. Both have been detained at Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center.
