“This car can accelerate our transformation to become a provider of sustainable mobility solutions and support us to achieve carbon neutrality in 2045,” continued Ho Sung Song.

If you look at the outside appearance of the Kia EV9, it looks futuristic and modern with the Digital Tiger Face which is an evolution of the tiger-nose grille.

Interestingly, this electric SUV also has a front fascia with a Digital Pattern Lighting grille.

Also pinned vertical and slightly elongated main lights.

On the side, you can see the typical silhouette of a big boxy SUV.

On the other hand, the Kia EV9 is claimed to have a spacious and comfortable cabin thanks to relying on the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP).

For information, this platform is the same as that applied to the Kia EV6.

Uniquely, the second row seats can be rotated 180 degrees so they can face the passengers sitting in the third row.

Regarding features, the Kia EV9 is equipped with a touch screen head unit and instrument cluster integrated with a 5-inch screen which can provide additional information for the user.

There are also high-definition Audio Visual, Navigation, and Telematics (AVNT) extended screen entertainment features.

Meanwhile, Kia plans to open pre-orders for the Kia EV9 for consumers in its home country, South Korea, in the second quarter of 2023.

“After that, this car will enter certain markets around the world in the second half, such as Europe, North and South America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We will tell you more details later, “said Ho Sung Song.

Regarding the price of the Kia EV9 itself, he was reluctant to open his voice.

“It is too early to know the price. Wait for further official notification from us,” concluded Ho Sung Song.
