Former Chairman of the Judicial Commission (KY) for the 2018-2020 period Jaja Ahmad Jayus was the victim of a stabbing at a housing estate in Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, West Java, Tuesday (28/3).
Not only that, his daughter also became a victim in this event.
“It’s true, I also received similar information. Not only Pak Jaja, but his daughter also became a victim,” said KY spokesman Miko Ginting, Tuesday (28/3).

Miko also took note of the incident and hoped that this case would be solved soon.
“We are monitoring the progress so that the police can work to make this incident clear. KY hopes that this case can be solved and Pak Jaja and his child are given health and safety,” said Miko.
Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo said the incident occurred at 15.00 WIB at the Griya Bandung Asri Complex (GBA) Block F.
“It’s true and it’s already being handled by the Bandung Police,” said Kusworo.
He said that as a result of the stabbing, Jaja suffered a neck injury. Now Jaja has been rushed to Mayapada Hospital on Jalan Terusan Buahbatu, Bandung City.
Kusworo confirmed that the Jaja stabbing case is now being handled by the Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Now the police have launched an investigation.
Jaja is the Chair of the Judicial Commission who served from July 2018 to December 2020. It is known that Jaja is a resident who lives in Bandung.
Jaja was elected as a Member of the Judicial Commission (KY) for two periods, namely 2010-2015 and 2015-2020.
