Jakarta – PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) is committed to providing the best service, especially regarding the maintenance of the latest Xpander and Xpander Cross cars that rolled out at the end of 2021 yesterday. The after-sales service program (after sales) is the SMART Package.
According to the information Carmudi received, this program is still the same as Mitsubishi’s previous after-sales packages. It can be concluded, even though the prices of the Mitsubishi Xpander and Xpander Cross have slightly increased, with the SMART Package after-sales program, consumers will be exempt from maintenance fees or free.
Buyers of Xpander and Xpander Cross will be able to enjoy the SMART Package package for maintenance of up to 50 thousand km or 4 years (whichever comes first).
Eichiro Hamazaki as Director of Aftersales Division of PT MMKSI said that his party continues to pursue satisfaction and benefits provided to consumers.
“So customers don’t have to worry about maintance cost (treatment costs) within a certain time,” said Hamazaki.
“When compared to other Low MPVs, for maintenance costs up to 100 thousand kilometers, customer Xpander can profit or save 25 percent on maintanance cost,” he said.
“Plus, the existence of a full vehicle warranty for three years or 100 thousand kilometers is proof that we are very confident in our cars (Xpander and Xpander Cross – Red),” he added.

- Smart Diamond
- Service fee
- Spare parts
- Mitsubishi Motors Genuine Oil & Brake Fluid
- Chemical item (engine flush)
In addition to the points above, there is also personal accident insurance for a year with a maximum claim nominal of Rp. 5 million per person and tire damage insurance for a year with a maximum claim nominal of Rp. 1 million (valid for one tire).
